PAYMENTS + CANCELLATIONS

The client understands that this business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation, no-show, or late fee. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time. Rescheduling is required after 15 minutes and a rescheduling/late fee will be applied. It is up to the business to decide if a fee is applied for any form of violation towards these terms.

The cancellation fee is charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline you will not receive any fees. All clientele is expected to pay the full amount directly once the service is complete

The client understands that a valid card must be provided on file at the time of scheduling and remain on file until the service is completed and the remaining amount paid afterwards.

The client understands that 48 hour notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation/late fees. If the client no-shows they will receive notification as a reminder, and an automatic charge of 100% for the service towards the card provided on file.

REFUND POLICY

The client agrees and acknowledges that there is a zero refund policy enforced. If the client requires complimentary hair adjustments they will have a 1.5 week turnaround time for colors and a 1 week turnaround time for haircuts. Clients who receive any beauty services and request a complimentary adjustment past 1.5 weeks will be turned down per violation of this policy

KIDS + ADDITONAL GUEST

To guarantee the comfort of all clientele, we do not allow children/ friends/spouse in the salon unless they are receiving a beauty service. If you need to bring your child/ additional guest reach out to Ariel to arrange for that.

PRODUCTS

Please advise that “ AH- Beauty” is a professional hair service, products brought from outside of the salon are not at all permitted.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

The client is aware that the establishment of “AH- Beauty” holds the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with staff, or poses threats to the business.
